Kendra Overbeck

Regional Marketing & Communications Manager, Southern Ohio/Kentucky

Kendra Overbeck is Vice President, Regional Marketing and Public Relations Manager of the Southern Ohio/Kentucky Region.  JoiningHuntingtonin 2002, she is responsible for the region’s marketing and public relations initiatives, sponsorships, internal and external communications, media relations and regional giving/donations.

Prior toHuntington, Kendra spent three years at Arthur Andersen as marketing communications manager for the tax, audit and consulting business groups.  She also worked as public affairs manager at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and held marketing communications positions at Northlich Stolley LaWarre and Rumpke Waste Removal and Recycling.  

Kendra is a board member of The Carnegie Visual Arts & Performing Center and chairs The Carnegie’s Marketing and Public Relations committee. Kendra was named to the 2002 Business Courier Forty Under 40 class, recognizing the community’s current and future leaders under the age of 40. 

She served on the Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky American Diabetes Association’s Art Auction Gala Committee from 2002 – 2006.  She served on the Cincinnati Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America for eight years and received the Chapter’s Spark Plug Award in 1995 and a PRISM Certificate of Merit in 1996 for the City ofCincinnati’s “Green Bin It” Recycling Program.

Kendra is a 1992 graduate of Miami University with bachelor degrees in journalism and public relations.  Kendra enjoys gardening, reading, kickboxing, and walking or hiking with her yellowLabrador, Maddie.  Kendra is a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary parish inAndersonTownshipand she resides inMilfordwith her husband Drew, their son Dylan and their daughter Reagen.
