Philippines, US Sign Customs Agreement

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines and United States signed a customs administration and trade facilitation agreement, a building block towards Philippines participation in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) agreement.

The agreement was signed by United States Trade Representative Ron Kirk and Philippine Secretary of Trade and Industry Gregory Domingo on the margins of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum in Honolulu, Hawaii.
